Installing Updates and Features

New updates can be searched in the internet and installed via the ARCWAY Cockpit Professional update-manager.

In addition to updating the existing installation, you can use the update-manager to install supplementary features. The according URLs can be found on this page.

You can find a detailed description for the installation of the features in the manual of the update manager (on the right).

Please note: Before installing additional features, a complete update of the existing installation must be performed. This is necessary due to the incompability of features of differing versions. The update-sites always contain the most recent versions.

Use-Cases

Description: allows the textual realisation of use-cases. A graphic representation of the textual description will be renderred automatically. Use-cases and single use-case-steps can be linked with elements in plans, such as functions in landscapes.

Linking of Documents

Description: allows the managing of links to documents or websites. These links can be attached to elements in plans, such as functions in landscapes.

UML-Sequence diagrams

Description: allows the graphical modelling of UML-Sequence diagrams.

Description: allows the graphical modelling of petri nets.
